Rabbit Point Earning Policy

1. Get Point from Rabbit Card

Member will receive Rabbit Rewards Point (“Rabbit Point”) when shopping at partner merchants via Rabbit Card (See list of merchants here).

  • 1st payment of the day >> Get 5 Points.
  • From 2nd payments at the same merchants on the same day >> Get 1 Point.

2. Get Point from Rabbit LINE Pay Account

Member will receive Rabbit Point when shopping at partner merchants via Rabbit LINE Pay Account through QR payment, electronic data capture (EDC) terminal, LINEMAN, LINE Store, MyShop, movie ticket purchase, insurance purchase, and bill payment via “Bill Pay*” menu, e.g. supply bill, electricity bill, phone bill, etc.

  • 1st payment of the day >> Get 5 Points.
  • From 2nd payment at the same merchant on the same day >> Get 1 Point.*

*The maximum amount of transaction from offline merchants is capped at 10 times per merchant per day per account. | The maximum amount of transactions from online merchants on the “Bill Pay” or “Top up” menu is capped at 2 times per merchant per month per account. | Spending at LINEMAN will earn points from food prices only. 3. Get Point from Travelling on BTS Skytrain

  1. Program

    Get 1 point per BTS ride*.

    *The maximum amount of points earned from BTS ride is capped at 40 points per month.

    Remark: This program will expire on 31 October 2021.

  2. NEW! BTS Challenge Program (Earn Double Point During the First 3 Months)

    (Effective from 1 November 2021 until 31 December 2022)


    BTS Challenge Program is the program to earn and redeem Rabbit Point from traveling on BTS skytrain. The more trips made, the more points. Member could earn Rabbit Point to redeem for BTS Skytrain free trip, subject to the terms and conditions as follows:


    1. Point Earning via BTS Challenge Program

      Member who owns Rabbit Card and/or Rabbit LINE Pay Account, only Student and Adult types, and travels with BTS Skytrain through at least 5 stations on Silom-Sukhumvit Line (excepts Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai stations, and Silom-Sukhumvit Line Extension) will earn Rabbit Point on a weekly basis (per Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account) at the rate as follows:

      Rabbit Point earning prescribed above is subject to the terms and conditions as follows:

      • Eligible for Member who pays BTS Skytrain fare at the normal rate via Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account which is linked with the Rabbit Rewards Account only (excluding travelling with free trips of valid 30-day pass trip or any card other than top-up journey card).
      • Total number of accumulated trips each week will be calculated per Rabbit Card (the maximum amount of Rabbit Card linked with one Rabbit Rewards Account is capped 5 cards) and/or per Rabbit LINE Pay Account pursuant to the scheme above. The amount of Rabbit Point that Member will earn from the accumulated trips in each week will be calculated from Monday at 03.00 a.m. to 02.59. a.m. of the next Monday.
      • Accumulated Rabbit Point from all Rabbit Cards and Rabbit LINE Pay Account linked with Rabbit Rewards Account will be collectively calculated, and the accumulated Rabbit Point in each week will be added automatically to Rabbit Rewards Account within Wednesday of the same week.
    2. Using Rabbit Point to Redeem BTS Skytrain Free Trip Coupon

      Only Member who links Rabbit Card and/or Rabbit LINE Pay Account with Rabbit Rewards Account will be able to use Rabbit Points to redeem BTS Skytrain free trip coupon (the “Free Trip Coupon”) The Free Trip Coupon will be issued in electronic form (E-Coupon) and available for redeeming via “Rabbit Rewards Application”, subject to the terms and conditions as follows:


      • Student Free Trip Coupon – for Student Rabbit Card
      • Amount of Free Trip (Trip) Rabbit Point Required (Points)

        Point earning is subject to additional terms and conditions as follows:

        • In case that both Student Rabbit Card and Adult Rabbit Card are linked with the same Rabbit Rewards Account, the Member will only be able to redeem Adult Free Trip Coupon.
        • In order to redeem Free Trip Coupon, Member has to select whether to use Free Trip Coupon via Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account, which has different terms and conditions on free trip adding (please see details in Section 3 below).
        • Upon completion of point redemption process, the Company reserves the right to cancel or refund earned points in all respects.
        • Free trip added to Rabbit Card and/or Rabbit LINE Pay Account will be available for usage on the next ride.
        • This program is only eligible for Rabbit Rewards members who link their to Rabbit Rewards account to Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay. In the event that members neither link their accounts to Rabbit Card nor Rabbit LINE Pay and have never traveled by BTS Skytrain or used Rabbit LINE Pay for payment, it is considered that such member has not complied with the terms and conditions of this program; therefore, the member will not be able to earn Points retroactively from the transaction.
        • In the event that members have linked their Rabbit Rewards account to Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay, if it appears that members have switched using between Rabbit Card and Rabbit LINE Pay account during the week, the trips counted for earning points will be separately accumulated in Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay (as the case may be). The trip counts in Rabbit Card and Rabbit LINE Pay are non-transferable and cannot be combined with trips from each other.
        • In the event that members replace their Rabbit Rewards account that has been linked to Rabbit Card and/or Rabbit LINE Pay account with another Rabbit Rewards account, the trips counts and the earned Points (if any) will not and cannot be transferred to the newly linked Rabbit Rewards account.
    3. Terms and Conditions of Free Trip Coupon Usage
      1. For Member Who Redeems Free Trip Coupon for Rabbit Card
        • Upon completion of point redemption process, Free Trip Coupon for Rabbit Card will automatically appear in My Account menu in the Member’s Rabbit Rewards Application. Such coupon is valid for 72 hours after redemption

          (in case Member does not click “Use Coupon” within 72 hours, such Free Trip Coupon will be automatically expired).

        • In order to add free trip to Rabbit Card, Member has to click “Use Coupon” via Rabbit Rewards Application. QR code will appear on the screen and the Member has to display the QR code to BTS ticket office staff within 30 minutes after clicking “Use Coupon” to top-up free trip (in case the top-up has not been completed within 30 minutes, such Free Trip Coupon will be automatically expired. Members cannot get refund of Rabbit Point used for coupon redemption unless it can be proved that the Member's inability to act within such time period is due to the fault of the Company. In this case, Member can contact Rabbit Rewards Call Center at Tel. 02-150-0523 so the Company would inspect and refund Rabbit Point to Member’s Account thereafter).
        • 1 QR Code = 1 Right.
        • With respect to displaying QR Code to staff, only QR Code appears on screen while using the application is acceptable. Screenshot of QR Code is not acceptable.
        • 1 Rabbit Card can add Free Trip Coupon up to 2 coupons. The conditions to top-up trip are as follows:
          • First coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card without any condition.
          • Second coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card when at least 1 free trip from the first coupon is used. (for instance, first coupon has 3 free trips; Member has to use at least 1 free trip, then, therefore, the second coupon could be added).
          • Third coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card when all free trips in the first coupon are used.
        • Member who has used Rabbit Point to redeem the third coupon (as per example above) but cannot add free trip to the Rabbit Card due to the reason as aforementioned, can get refund for Rabbit Point used to redeem such coupon at BTS ticket office.
        • Free trip added to Rabbit Card will be available for usage on the next ride.
      2. For Member Who Redeems Free Trip Coupon for Rabbit LINE Pay Account
        • Upon completion of point redemption process, Free Trip Coupon for Rabbit LINE Pay Account will automatically appear in My Pass menu in LINE Application, of which Member has linked with their Rabbit LINE Pay Account.
        • 1 Rabbit LINE Pay Account can add Free Trip Coupon up to 2 coupons. The conditions to top-up trip are as follows:
          • First coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card without any condition.
          • Second coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card when at least 1 free trip from the first coupon is used. (for instance, first coupon has 3 free trips; Member has to use at least 1 free trip, then, therefore, the second coupon could be added).
          • Third coupon – can be added to Rabbit Card when all free trips in the first coupon are used.
        • Free trip added to Rabbit LINE Pay Account will be available for usage on the next ride.
      3. Other Terms and Conditions
        • Free Trip Coupon is not for sale, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

4. Terms and Conditions of BTS Skytrain Free Trip Usage by Rabbit Rewards

  • Free trip is only eligible for travelling on core stations on BTS Skytrain on Silom – Sukhumvit Line (totaling 24 stations) including Krung Thon Buri station and Wongwian station (except Sukhumvit Line Extension and Silom Line Extension), totaling 26 eligible stations.
  • When Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account added with the free trip from Rabbit Rewards Account is used to pay the BTS Skytrain fare for travelling on Silom – Sukhumvit Line (totaling 24 stations) including Krung Thon Buri station and Wongwian station (except Sukhumvit Line Extension and Silom Line Extension), the free trip in Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account will be deducted to pay BTS Skytrain fare first. Until all free trips in Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account are used up or expired (whichever is earlier), the value in the Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account (as the case may be) will be deducted.
  • Member must use first free trip within 45 days from the date of top-up trip on Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay Account (as the case may be). The remaining free trips are valid for 30 days from the date of the first usage (any remaining free trips left unused within such period will be automatically cancelled).
  • In case Member enters or exits the Sukhumvit Line Extension (i.e. Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang Na, Bearing, Samrong, Pu Chao, Chang Erawan, Royal Thai Naval Academy, Pak Nam, Srinagarindra, Phraek Sa, Sai Luat, Kheha, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Phahon Yothin 24, Ratchayothin, Sena Nikhom and Kasetsart University stations), or Silom Line Extension (i.e. Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa stations), the fare collection system will deduct a further flat rate at THB 10 (for Student Rabbit Card) or THB 15 (for Adult Rabbit Card) per trip.
  • In case Member enters or exits the Golden Line (i.e. Krung Thon Buri, Charoen Nakhon (ICONSIAM), Khlong San and Prajadhipok stations), the fare collection system will deduct a further flat rate at THB 15 per trip.
